Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conceptualize, design, and implement a comprehensive Talent Management framework for senior-level employees.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to map talent pipelines, design Individual Development Plans (IDP), and Talent Cards for seniors.
  • Track and ensure closure of IDPs with senior-level employees.
  • Design leadership journey programs including modules, workshops, coaching, and mentoring to develop critical leadership skills.
  • Understand TVSCS's BFSI business strategy, capability gaps, and regulatory/business changes to define targeted leadership interventions.
  • Conduct needs analysis for leadership competencies and functional/technical skills and map future requirements.
  • Identify, contract, and manage external partners to augment leadership programs while maintaining quality.
  • Periodically assess the effectiveness of leadership initiatives by defining metrics, tracking outcomes, and measuring ROI.
  • Report program impact, pipeline readiness, and leader effectiveness to senior leadership.
  • Ensure accurate updating of attendance and feedback in relevant systems.
