Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Lead the ATP Sales, Marketing and Business Development on Marketing Regional (North, South, East, West) basis in India and achieve the mutually agreed business plan
Negotiate/Contract Management with Customers, Distributors/Traders and ensure time-bound completion of assignments
Ownership of Complete Customer Interface, Product Management, 4P, Logistics, Customer Satisfaction Index and Ensure growth on all the three Matrices of Retain, Grow and Gain
Management of Corporate Accounts through a Team of Key Account Managers, Sales Managers and Review Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, Annual performance.
Implement Go to Market strategy and participate in Events, Conferences, Webinars and thereafter Training the Team on monthly basis to create future leaders
Develop excellent relationship at all levels and formulate strategies for Tier-1 customers
Doing Market Research, Competitive Analysis, Heat Mapping with Excellent Presentation and Communication Skills,
Excellent Grooming, Soft Skills, Team Management and Leadership
Key Minerals to deal: Calcium Carbonate, Dolomite, Titanium dioxide, Barytes, Wollastonite etc.,

Professional Qualification & Experience:

Candidate should have around 12-15 years of relevant experience preferably in Industrial Minerals catering to Paints and Coating, Paper and Hygiene Segments.
Professionally Qualified with Techno-Commercial acumen
MBA (Marketing). Diploma in Paint & Coating Technology will be preferred.
Innovative, Out-of-the-Box Thinker, Risk Taker with highest level of Honesty, Punctuality and Ethics
Must possess Driving License
