Minimum 20 years in Ramming Mass, Refractory, or allied industrial minerals manufacturing.We are seeking a seasoned and visionary CEO to lead the strategic and operational aspects of our Ramming Mass and Refractory business. Required Candidate profile expertise in the refractory and ramming mass industry, demonstrate strong leadership, and have a proven record of managing multi-plant operations, business development, cost optimisation, and team.

RESPONSIBILITIES: Lead the ATP Sales, Marketing and Business Development on Marketing Regional (North, South, East, West) basis in India and achieve the mutually agreed business plan Negotiate/Contract Management with Customers, Distributors/Traders and ensure time-bound completion of assignments Ownership of Complete Customer Interface, Product Management, 4P, Logistics, Customer Satisfaction Index and Ensure growth on all the three Matrices of Retain, Grow and Gain Management of Corporate Accounts through a Team of Key Account Managers, Sales Managers and Review Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, Annual performance. Role & responsibilities Job Requirement:- Experience & Knowledge- - Candidate should have experience in trading industrial minerals; should have complete knowledge about quality of minerals. - Candidate should have extensive experience in selling minerals to a wide range of Industries such as paper, Polymer, paints, building industries, metallurgy, ceramics etc or in selling chemicals/ additives to Paint/ Polymers compounding/ Automotive industry. * Candidate should have complete knowledge of Markets in major states of West/ North India. * Have prior exposure/ experience in handling independently a Branch operation, besides good presentation skills and experience in application development i...
