Chief Information Security Officer

Location:

Profile:

• To define and enforce policies / standard operating procedures that protect the Bank’s information, and to manage cybersecurity efforts within the Bank and with external agencies
• To ensure compliance with various guidelines and directives issued by RBI on information and cyber security.
• To place a separate review of cyber security arrangements/ preparedness of the Bank before the Board of Directors on a quarterly basis.
• To review cyber incidents, information system audit observations, monitor and mitigate activities.
• To manage and monitor the C-SOC and drive cyber security related projects.
• To make sure the Bank is ready to deal with current and future cyber threats, especially those affecting payment systems.
• To bring to the notice of the Board of Directors about the vulnerabilities and cyber security risks that the Bank is exposed to.
• To update the internal stakeholders periodically on the activities of Information Security Committee.
• Responsible for sustenance of the compliances achieved on year on year basis.

Experience:

IT related work experience of minimum 15 years with experience of Information Security preferably in Financial Institutions.

Qualification:

B.E./B. Tech/M.E./ M.Tech in any one of the following disciplines:

• Computer Science 
• Information Technology
• Electronics and Communication
• Cyber Security

Master of Computer Applications (MCA)

Master in Business Administration (MBA) - Systems / Information Technology

B.Sc./M.Sc. in Computer Science / Information Technology

(Higher qualifications will be given preference)

Professional Qualification:

Preferred that the candidate possesses any one or more of the below certifications:

a) Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)

b) Certified Information Security Manager (CISM)

c) Certified Chief Information Security Officer (CCISO)

d) Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA)
