It is a fully Integrated business of 150 KTPA Ferro-Chrome production capacity with 1.65 MTPA ROM Production along with 6 Own Mines and a 100 MW Power Plant. Roles And Responsibilities:

• Lead compliance of Safety policies and procedures, performance standards and criteria for the company to achieve Zero Harm
• Drive VSAP /ESG & sustainability programs aiming at continuous improvements
• Ensure effective implementation of HSE & Sustainability practices, procedures and continuously raise the standards by adopting best practices and inculcating a culture of behavioral safety through frequent inspections
• percolation of a strong culture of safe working culture among employees and business partners
• Develop and manage HSE systems and critical risk management and controls in place to ensure achievement of objectives aligned to company’s strategic business goals
• Facilitate change processes to ensure continuous improvements to internal control systems, employee participation and management support
• Drive Business Partner HSE framework, onboard the best high-quality partners and lead safety Audits
