Role Overview: At REA India (Housing.com), we are looking for a Chief Growth & Marketing Officer to join our Leadership Team. As the ideal candidate, you will be responsible for driving sustainable revenue growth, expanding market presence, and establishing a strong brand for our high-growth B2B platform. Your role will involve bringing together strategic marketing expertise, a data-driven growth mindset, and sharp business acumen to enhance customer acquisition, experience, and retention. Key Responsibilities: - Define and execute the company's growth strategy across various channels, customer segments, and geographies - Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to optimize customer acquisition, activation, retention, and upsell processes - Utilize data-driven decision-making and growth experimentation to drive business outcomes - Identify and cultivate new revenue streams, partnerships, and strategic opportunities - Lead the brand vision and positioning, ensuring consistency across all customer touchpoints - Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns (digital, performance, content, events, and PR) to enhance awareness, demand, and thought leadership - Strengthen digital presence and customer engagement through SEO/SEM, social media, content marketing, and community-building - Supervise corporate communications and ensure messaging alignment with business strategy - Establish and lead a high-performing Growth & Marketing organization - Cultivate a culture of experimentation, agility, and performance accountability - Collaborate with the executive leadership team to influence company strategy and support fundraising/investor relations with compelling market narratives Qualifications Required: - Proven track record in driving high-scale growth in B2B or platform-driven businesses - Strong understanding of growth funnels, demand generation, customer journeys, and lifecycle marketing - Minimum of 20 years of relevant experience, with at least 8 years in a senior leadership role - Previous experience in B2B SaaS, marketplace, or platform companies is highly desirable - Expertise in digital marketing, analytics, product-led growth, and marketing automation tools - Excellent storytelling, communication, and stakeholder management skills - Ability to blend strategic thinking with executional excellence - Entrepreneurial mindset with the capability to excel in a fast-paced, high-growth environment,
