The Role

As a Senior Manager, youll be responsible for the recruitment delivery, relationship management and annual budget within a complex client solution. Youll support the Client Operations Director in driving the achievement of the business areas commercial and people strategy.

Key Accountabilities

  • Provide thought leadership, market insight and education around service delivery to create service innovation roadmap, identifying opportunities to evolve market leading client solutions.
  • Partner with the Sourcing Leadership Team and CST to provide guidance and insight that will enable clients to be successful in sourcing.
  • Lead product review board, gap analysis and process to evaluate opportunity of new and existing technologies and standardize go to market strategies.
  • Partners with Sourcing Operations and the Client Operations team, challenging the status quo to evolve and execute market-leading candidate and hiring manager experience.
  • Partners with the Digital, Technology and Transformation Leadership Team and Sourcing Operations team on development of technology roadmap and innovation opportunities, including AMS One as appropriate.
  • Support definition of product and solutions development that may include Talent Community Management, Skills Based Hiring, D,E &I, Alumni, Referrals

The Requirements:

  • 15+ years of proven track record of delivering TA or Sourcing solutions across multiple geographies or regions

  • Candidates with no more than 30 days of notice period will be preferred.

  • Demonstrable, deep understanding of Sourcing, Talent Acquisition and RPO, including subject matter expertise in Sourcing Tools & Technology and understanding of their use cases and deployment.
  • Deep specialist knowledge in a current or potential future product or service
  • Continuous improvement and innovation led mindset ability to identify whitespace, areas of opportunity or improvement. Intellectually curious when it comes to service improvement and value creation and delivering and evolving the service.
  • Prior experience in supporting growth and sales experience e.g., RFP and Pitch Activity with success in winning new business or expanding existing client relationships.
  • Ability to deliver results within a complex, matrixed environment, through driving performance across indirect reports and structures.
  • Demonstrated ability to engage and influence stakeholders towards a course of action.
