Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement the companys financial strategy aligned with overall business goals
• Lead

  Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)

  , budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking.
• Oversee

  accounting, taxation, audit, compliance

  , and statutory reporting under

  Ind AS / IFRS

  .
• Drive

  cost control and efficiency

  initiatives across plants and business units.
• Manage

  treasury operations, working capital, and fund-raising

  (debt/equity) activities.
• Handle

  banking relationships, trade finance, and forex risk management

  for domestic and export operations.
• Strengthen

  internal controls

  , governance, and risk management frameworks.
• Provide financial insights to support decision-making by the Board and senior leadership.
• Lead the implementation and optimization of

  ERP systems

  (SAP / Oracle / Tally ERP).
• Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing finance team across locations.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Chartered Accountant (CA)

  mandatory; CMA / MBA (Finance) preferred

• 15 years

  of experience in finance leadership roles, including 5+ years as Head of Finance or CFO.
• Prior experience in

  Manufacturing / Engineering / Polymer / Chemical / Paint

  industry preferred.
• Strong exposure to

  multi-plant operations

  and

  export business

  is desirable.
