Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Job Summary:

The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will be responsible for managing the financial actions of the company. This includes tracking cash flow, financial planning, analyzing the company’s financial strengths and weaknesses, and proposing corrective actions. The CFO will be a key member of the executive leadership team and report directly to the CEO/Managing Director.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the finance, accounting, budgeting, and taxation functions of the organization
• Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with company goals
• Manage cash flow, investment planning, and capital structure
• Prepare timely and accurate financial reports and forecasts
• Ensure compliance with statutory law and financial regulations
• Liaise with auditors, banks, and financial institutions
• Monitor internal controls and ensure best financial practices
• Support mergers, acquisitions, and fundraising activities
• Provide strategic recommendations to the CEO and executive team
• Lead financial risk management and business continuity planning
• Oversee financial systems and implement technology upgrades as needed

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of corporate financial law and risk management practices
• Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods
• Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Tally)
• Leadership skills with a strategic mindset
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications:

• CA/CPA with MBA in Finance
• Experience in a similar industry
• Proven track record in financial strategy and business leadership

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹160,000.00 per month
