Job Title: Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Role Objective:

Provide strategic financial leadership to ensure sustainable growth, strong governance, and efficient capital utilization. The CFO will oversee finance, accounts, audits, compliance, treasury, taxation, and business control across group entities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Leadership:

  Drive financial strategy aligned with business goals, expansion, and profitability. Partner with leadership for business planning, financial modeling, and decision-making.

• Financial Controlling:

  Manage performance across manufacturing and trading verticals; implement cost controls and variance analysis to improve ROI.

• Accounting & Compliance:

  Ensure accurate reporting, statutory compliance, and audit readiness. Strengthen internal controls and governance systems.

• Treasury & Working Capital:

  Optimize cash flow, liquidity, and capital utilization. Oversee fund-raising, banking renewals, and credit ratings.

• Budgeting & MIS:

  Lead budgeting, forecasting, and real-time MIS for informed decision-making.

• ERP & Systems:

  Implement and enhance SAP Business One, BI and other tools for digital finance transformation.

• Taxation & Regulatory:

  Manage direct/indirect tax compliance, assessments, transfer pricing, Ensure timely filings, assessments, and representations before regulatory bodies.

• Funding & Investor Relations:

  Drive fund-raising initiatives, liaise with investors, bankers, and rating agencies to optimize capital structure.

• Leadership:

  Build and mentor a high-performing finance team; foster accountability and continuous improvement.

Key Competencies & Skills:

• Strong business acumen with understanding of multi-vertical manufacturing.
• Expertise in

  controllership, treasury, taxation, and compliance

  .
• Proficiency in

  SAP Business One, BI & other relevant software/tools

  .
• Strategic thinker with hands-on execution and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Background:

• Experience in

  Agrochemical / Chemical / Fertilizer / Manufacturing

  industries.
• Proven record in

  fund-raising, working capital optimization, and financial transformation

  .
• Exposure to

  domestic and export operations

  is desirable.
