Your responsibilities will include financial oversight, operations management, business planning, and sales expansion. You will be tasked with overseeing daily business operations across multiple setups, developing and implementing strategic plans for business growth, managing sales targets for both two-wheeler and four-wheeler segments, leading financial planning, budgeting, and cost management, ensuring smooth operations and high customer satisfaction, identifying market trends, implementing innovative sales strategies, building and mentoring a high-performing team, and strengthening relationships with manufacturers, vendors, and key stakeholders. To excel in this role, you should have 4-6 years of experience in the automobile industry with a focus on sales, proven expertise in two-wheeler or four-wheeler sales, strong business operations and financial management skills, experience in strategic planning and market expansion, excellent leadership and decision-making abilities, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and a creative mindset to develop innovative business strategies. The salary offered for this position is 7-8 LPA, which can be discussed based on your experience and qualifications.
