Role Description We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Manager to lead our dealership network. This is a full-time, on-site position located in Delhi, India . The General Manager will oversee the day-to-day business operations, drive strategic initiatives, manage multi-site teams, and ensure financial and customer service excellence. Key Responsibilities Supervise daily dealership operations across all branches Set and monitor sales, service, and profitability goals Drive strategic business development and market expansion Lead financial planning, cost control, and budgeting Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and service standards Coordinate with OEM (TVS Motor Company) to ensure smooth operations Analyze performance metrics and implement process improvements Build, guide, and retain high-performing teams Uphold compliance, reporting, and operational standards Qualifications Minimum 3–5 years of experience in dealership operations or sales leadership (automobile industry preferred) Strong knowledge of the two-wheeler market and dealership ecosystem Proven leadership, team management, and decision-making skills Sound understanding of financial planning and business operations Effective communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities Ability to strategize and execute growth initiatives across verticals Proficiency in dealership management systems (DMS/CRM) is a plus Salary ₹6.5 – ₹8 LPA (Negotiable based on experience and qualifications) If you're a results-driven professional with a passion for the automotive industry and a proven track record of leading successful dealership operations, we invite you to apply and be a part of our leadership team.
