• Oversee daily operations across stores, distribution, merchandising, and customer service.
  
• Ensure operational efficiency, cost control, compliance, and adherence to brand standards.
  
• Drive omnichannel retail strategies to integrate online and offline experiences.
  

Financial Management

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning to achieve revenue and profit targets.
  
• Oversee financial controls, risk management, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  
• Monitor financial performance and implement corrective actions when necessary.
  

Leadership & People Management

• Build and lead a high-performing executive team.
  
• Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and customer-centricity.
  
• Oversee succession planning, talent development, and workforce strategy.
  

Customer & Market Focus

• Ensure exceptional customer experiences across all channels.
  
• Leverage customer insights and analytics to guide business decisions.

Stakeholder Engagement

• Serve as the company’s primary representative with investors, partners, suppliers, and media.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, or related field; MBA preferred.
  
• 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in retail or consumer-driven industries.
  
• Proven track record in P&L ownership, multi-store operations, and strategic leadership.
