Educational Qualification & Skill Requirements

• B.E./B.Tech/BS/M.E./M.Tech/MS (Civil Engineering) ~ Masters Preferred
• MBA is a plus.
• Experience: 8 Years Minimum
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel (Incl. VLookup, HLookup))
• Reasonable knowledge of ERP systems
• Sound understanding of construction project management
• Familiarity with construction methods and processes
• Overall Knowledge of Township/Colony Development, Commercial/Residential High-rise construction and landscaping.
• Sound Knowledge of Plumbing, Electrical, HVAC, Fire-fighting and safety installations.
• Knowledge of automation.
• Must be ready to take responsibilities, accountancy and ownership of the project to complete within deadlines without quality compromise.
• Must be a good supervisor and spearhead processes to the betterment of results.

Other Requirements

• Candidate's own vehicle for traveling convenience is must.

Nature of Job

Construction is a serious profession; candidates are supposed to work on buildings, roads, and bridges. Mostly, our projects are executed in livable and habitable surroundings.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
