Job Description

Hiring a Chief Engineer for our upcoming hotel Vivanta Vrindavan
Adhere to IHCL SOPs and multiple property specific brand standards as per latest guidelines.
Work in Tandem to ensure all Renovation and Hotel routine Capex is approved and executed as per Schedule.
Ensuring preventative/predictive maintenance programs for all the properties /equipment is in place and adhered to .
Hotel Upkeep – Guest rooms/Public areas /BOH PM, any recurring complaints to be noted and making of action plan
Ensuring all Equipment’s are running and well maintained with Zero breakdown Hours. This is an essential KPI

Minimum Requirement-

BE /B.Tech – Electrical /Mechanical
Minimum 10 years of experience in Hotel Engineering
