Chief Engineer

Role Overview: Nirman Developers, a trusted name in Pune's real estate sector, is seeking a Chief Engineer to oversee the engineering and execution of premium residential redevelopment projects. As the Chief Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring world-class quality, adherence to statutory norms, and seamless coordination between various stakeholders to deliver high-end living spaces within dense urban environments. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee the complete engineering and execution of premium residential redevelopment projects - Ensure adherence to statutory norms and quality standards - Coordinate with society members, consultants, and contractors for seamless project execution - Demonstrate strong technical acumen, precision in planning, and exceptional leadership skills - Handle complex engineering challenges independently - Lead multidisciplinary teams, coordinate consultants, and manage contractors effectively - Interact with society committees, PMC officials, consultants, and senior management - Deliver projects within timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks Qualification Required: - Experience in premium or luxury residential projects, including high-rise towers, large gated communities, or high-spec redevelopment projects - Prior experience in redevelopment projects, particularly in constrained urban sites, demolition works, and phased construction - Must have worked on residential projects in Pune with a clear understanding of PMC bylaws, DC rules, local site conditions, and statutory approval processes - Deep knowledge of civil, structural, MEP, waterproofing, and premium finishing standards - Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage contractors effectively - B.E. Civil is mandatory; M.Tech is an added advantage.,
