Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage the electrical maintenance systems.
Ensure preventive maintenance schedules are created and followed.
Conduct routine inspections to identify and address safety hazards.
Monitor and manage maintenance budgets,identifying cost saving opportunities and ensuring efficient resource allocation.
Address guest complaints regarding maintenance issues in a timely and professional manner.
Work effectively with other departments including housekeeping and front desk to address maintenance needs and ensure smooth operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

BE /Diploma in Electrical
5 to 10 years of proven experience in service /industrial sectors.
Strong technical knowledge of electrical and piumbing.
Strong safety awareness and adherence to safety protocols.
Liasion with government bodies(TNEB,fire dept,TNPCB)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
