Role Overview: We are hiring a Chief Engineer with a Hotel Management background to lead engineering and maintenance operations at our property. The role requires strong technical expertise, leadership, and experience in hotel facility management. Key Responsibilities: Oversee all engineering and maintenance activities within the hotel. Ensure proper upkeep of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other systems. Implement preventive maintenance schedules and safety standards. Manage a team of engineers and technicians to ensure smooth operations. Monitor energy consumption and recommend cost-saving initiatives. Coordinate with other departments for timely maintenance support. Ensure compliance with statutory and safety regulations. Requirements: B.Tech in Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical preferred). 8 - 10 years of relevant experience in hotel/hospitality industry. Strong leadership and team management skills. Hands-on knowledge of hotel engineering systems and equipment. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
