Description

We are seeking an experienced Chief Engineer to oversee our engineering projects and lead a team of engineers. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent leadership abilities, and a proven track record in engineering management.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage engineering projects from conception to completion.
Design and implement engineering solutions that meet project specifications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met.
Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments for engineering projects.
Manage and mentor junior engineers and technical staff.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Prepare and present technical reports to stakeholders.

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, or relevant field).
8-10 years of experience in engineering management or a related field.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Proficiency in engineering design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks).
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Project management experience with certification (PMP or equivalent) preferred.
