Chief Data Office-Analyst

As an Analyst for the Risk Management & Compliance Chief Data Office (RM&C CDO) team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the delivery of RM&C CDO mandates related to Data Risk Management Policy and Standard, as well as assisting in the implementation of CDO strategy. Your responsibilities will also include partnering with various stakeholders across the firm to fulfill data governance responsibilities. This high impact role will require you to leverage your Risk Management experience, multitask effectively, and deliver on various initiatives simultaneously. **Key Responsibilities:** - Assist Risk Management & Compliance Lead in implementing and maintaining Data Quality Framework. - Monitor progress against established goals and milestones. - Contribute to the development, management, and monitoring of project plans. - Support RM&C CDO communication strategy. - Provide status updates to stakeholders and escalate risks/issues to leadership as needed. - Prepare and deliver effective presentations and updates to the team, leadership, and stakeholders. - Identify and escalate risks, issues, and dependencies impacting project execution. - Maintain strong working relationships with RM&C CDO stakeholders. - Identify, evaluate, and drive operational improvements across the RM&C CDO team. - Develop and maintain process and control documentation. - Actively participate and contribute to working groups and forums. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree required with 1-3 years of demonstrated experience in areas such as Finance, Risk Controller, Internal/External Reporting, Business Analysis, Data Governance, or Project Management. - Strong Financial Acumen and knowledge of Banking and Investment Products. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Proficiency in manipulating and analyzing large data sets in Excel. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Effective change management skills. - Strong interpersonal skills. **Preferred Experience and Skills:** - Experience with Risk management related applications/tools. - Conceptual understanding of relational databases, data modeling, and SQL. - Experience with Business Intelligence tools such as QlikView, Alteryx. - Familiarity with PowerPoint basics and storytelling. - Self-starter with strong time management skills, efficient at multi-tasking, and able to work under pressure to deliver multiple business demands on time and to a high standard.,
