About the Role:

Chief Banking Officer (CBO)

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership

Develop and execute
banking strategies
aligned with organizational goals and market opportunities.
Lead the
planning, design, and launch of banking products and services

Drive
growth initiatives
, including retail, corporate, SME, and digital banking channels.
Collaborate with the executive team to align banking operations with overall corporate strategy.

Operations & Risk Management

Oversee all
