We are looking for an exceptional Chemistry Teacher to teach grades 9 to 12, who can inspire curiosity, ignite a love for science, and shape confident learners ready to thrive in the world beyond school.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and well-structured lessons in Chemistry, aligned with ISC and ICSE curricula.
• Integrate practical experiments, real-world applications, and interactive learning strategies to deepen student understanding.
• Design and implement assessments that promote inquiry and critical thinking.
• Maintain an organised, safe, and inclusive laboratory environment, ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
• Serve as a mentor and guide, encouraging independent thinking and academic discipline.
• Participate actively in school life, including science exhibitions, student mentoring, pastoral care, and extracurricular initiatives.
• Stay abreast of latest trends and innovations in Chemistry education and incorporate them into classroom practice.

Qualifications & Competencies:

• Postgraduate degree in Chemistry with a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) from a recognised institution.
• Minimum of 7 years of teaching experience at the secondary school level.
• Familiarity with the CIE curricula will be an added advantage.
• Prior exposure to boarding school environments is desirable.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be tech-savvy and comfortable with using digital tools and learning management systems in the classroom.
• Ability to break down complex concepts and make Chemistry relatable and exciting.
• Strong organisational skills and the capacity to manage both academic and co-curricular responsibilities.
