Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated Post Graduate Teacher (PGT) of Chemistry to join our team and inspire students to excel in the subject. As a PGT Chemistry School Teacher, you will play a vital role in creating a dynamic learning environment and nurturing students' academic growth. Here are the key responsibilities of this role:

• Curriculum Development

  : Develop engaging and comprehensive lesson plans in alignment with the school curriculum and educational standards, ensuring coverage of essential chemistry topics.

• Classroom Instruction

  : Deliver effective and interactive classroom instruction that caters to diverse learning styles, fostering a supportive and inclusive learning environment.

• Subject Expertise

  : Demonstrate an in-depth understanding of chemistry concepts and principles, providing clear explanations and demonstrations to facilitate student comprehension.

• Practical Demonstrations

  : Organize and conduct laboratory experiments and practical demonstrations to reinforce theoretical concepts and enhance students' hands-on learning experiences.

• Assessment and Evaluation

  : Design and administer various forms of assessment, including tests, quizzes, and projects, to evaluate students' understanding and progress accurately.

• Individualized Support

  : Provide personalized academic support and guidance to students, identifying areas for improvement and offering constructive feedback to facilitate their academic development.

• Parent Communication

  : Maintain open and proactive communication with parents or guardians, providing regular updates on students' academic performance and addressing any concerns or queries promptly.

• Professional Development

  : Stay abreast of the latest developments in the field of chemistry education, actively participating in professional development activities to enhance teaching strategies and methodologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or a relevant subject area.
• Master's degree in Chemistry.
