Chemical Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicating, Selling

    and coordinating with customers.
  • Care for existing

    client groups.
  • Active research

    and development of new customers.
  • Ability to listen

    to customer needs and offer them right solutions.
  • Implementation of

    sales plans.
  • Calling existing

    and potential customers to persuade them to purchase company products and services.
  • Contact potential

    or existing customers to inform them about a product or service.
  • Answer questions

    about products or the company.
  • Ask questions

    to understand customer requirements and close sales.
  • Enter and update

    customer information in the database.
  • Take and process

    orders in an accurate manner.
  • Handle grievances

    to preserve the company's reputation.
  • Go the extra

    mile to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales.
  • Keep records

    of calls and sales and note useful information.
  • Continually meeting

    or exceeding daily and monthly sales targets with respect to call volume and sales.
  • Building a strong

    relationship with the old and existing customers.
  • Creating monthly

    sales reports and presenting them to the company management.
  • Update the CRM

    System every day.
  • Adhering to all

    the company's rules and regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in

    Business Administration or related field.

Skills & Requirements:

  • Strong communication

    and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build

    and maintain customer relationships.
  • Proven sales experience

    and track record.
  • Knowledge of sales

    techniques and strategies.
  • Goal-oriented

    and self-motivated.
  • Experience in the

    export/import industry is a plus.

Other Details:

  • Office Time:

    9:30 AM to 6:00 PM
  • Working Days:

    6 days a week
