Supervise and manage end-to-end process operations on-site.
• Ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), safety guidelines, and project timelines.
• Monitor and optimize process parameters for efficiency, productivity, and quality.
• Coordinate with the Project Head and other departments (Quality, Maintenance, R&D) for seamless execution.
• Prepare daily/weekly process and production reports for review.
• Support in commissioning, trials, and process validation as required by the project.
• Ensure compliance with statutory, environmental, and safety regulations.
• Provide training and guidance to operators and technical staff.
• Identify process-related issues and implement corrective actions promptly.
