Supervise and manage end-to-end process operations on-site. • Ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), safety guidelines, and project timelines. • Monitor and optimize process parameters for efficiency, productivity, and quality. • Coordinate with the Project Head and other departments (Quality, Maintenance, R&D) for seamless execution. • Prepare daily/weekly process and production reports for review. • Support in commissioning, trials, and process validation as required by the project. • Ensure compliance with statutory, environmental, and safety regulations. • Provide training and guidance to operators and technical staff. • Identify process-related issues and implement corrective actions promptly.

Role Overview: The consultant will be responsible for providing technical expertise in the concept design, development, and manufacturing process of Decanter Centrifuges. The role involves close collaboration with our in-house engineering and production teams to ensure the product meets operational efficiency, durability, and cost-effectiveness standards. Key Responsibilities: Design and develop the Decanter Centrifuge based on project specifications and process requirements. Prepare detailed engineering drawings, material selection, and component design. Support in vendor identification, fabrication methods, and manufacturing feasibility. Provide technical guidance for assembly, balancing, and performance testing. Optimize design for operational efficiency, ease of maintenance, and production cost. Conduct design reviews and recommend improvements for performance and reliability. Ensure compliance with relevant mechanical and industrial standards. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelors or Masters degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent. Proven experience (minimum 10 years) in the design and development of Decanter Centrifuges or similar separation equipment. Strong understanding of fluid mechanics, material selection, and dynamic balancing. Experience in CAD software (SolidWorks / AutoCAD / ANSYS or similar). Familiarity with fabrication processes, machining tolerances, and quality control standards. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
