Chemical Engineer / Production Executive - Detergents

Role: Chemical Engineer / Production Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee, monitor, and optimize daily production processes for detergents, dish wash bars, and soaps
• Support formulation development for new and existing FMCG products
• Conduct chemical testing, lab analysis, and quality checks for raw materials and finished goods
• Assist in scaling up lab formulations to full-scale manufacturing
• Maintain detailed documentation of batch processes, test results, and quality reports
• Ensure products meet performance, safety, and regulatory standards
• Collaborate with R&D, Quality, and Manufacturing teams to drive continuous improvement
• Ensure full compliance with safety, hygiene, and environmental guidelines
  

Qualifications:

• B.Tech in Chemical Engineering OR B.Sc./M.Sc. in Chemistry
• 0–3 years of experience in chemical, FMCG, or manufacturing industry
• Strong understanding of formulation chemistry, process control, and lab practices
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills
• Freshers with strong academic knowledge are encouraged to apply
