Description

We are seeking an experienced Chemical Cleaning Supervisor to oversee our chemical cleaning operations in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in chemical engineering and extensive experience in managing cleaning processes. This role requires a focus on safety, efficiency, and compliance with industry standards.

Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate chemical cleaning operations across various facilities.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards during chemical cleaning procedures.
Develop and implement cleaning protocols and procedures for optimal efficiency.
Train and mentor team members on safe handling and application of chemicals.
Conduct regular inspections and audits to assess the quality of cleaning processes.
Collaborate with maintenance and engineering teams to schedule and plan cleaning activities.
Maintain accurate records of chemical usage, safety data sheets, and incident reports.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to chemical cleaning processes.

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field.
10-15 years of experience in chemical cleaning or related fields.
Strong knowledge of chemical cleaning agents, equipment, and safety protocols.
Experience in managing teams and supervising cleaning operations.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant chemical management software.
