• Perform technical verification of valuation reports and related documents.
• Ensure accuracy, quality, and compliance of reports with relevant standards and guidelines.
• Cross-check data, validate calculations, and confirm alignment with client requirements and regulatory frameworks before final approval and submission.

Qualification: Diploma / B.E. in Civil Engineering

Experience: Fresher or Experienced candidates are welcome

Salary: ₹20,000 + incentives (salary will be revised based on experience)

Languages Required: Tamil & English (reading, writing, and speaking)

Work Timing: 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)

Gender: Male or Female
