Job Title: Chef – South Indian & Chinese Cuisine Location: 2nd Cross Rd, KHB Colony, 5th Block, Koramangala, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560095 (Food and accommodation provided) Salary: - CTC up to ₹25,000 per month - In‑hand ₹22,000 per month About the Role We are looking for an experienced chef who can prepare authentic South Indian dishes (such as dosas, idlis, sambars, and biryanis) as well as a variety of Chinese cuisine (including noodles, fried rice, and stir‑fries). The chef will work in our kitchen, maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and presentation, and assist in menu planning and inventory management. Key Responsibilities - Prepare and cook South Indian and Chinese dishes to meet taste and quality expectations. - Ensure all food is prepared safely and in compliance with hygiene standards. - Manage kitchen workflow, including ordering supplies and minimizing waste. - Train and supervise kitchen assistants as needed. - Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area and equipment. Required Qualifications - Proven experience (minimum 2 years) as a chef, with a strong background in South Indian and Chinese cooking. - Knowledge of traditional recipes and cooking techniques for both cuisines. - Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast‑paced environment. - Good communication and teamwork skills.
