Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook authentic Goan dishes, including seafood, curries, vindaloos, xacuti, sorpotel, and bebinca.
  • Maintain consistency in taste, presentation, and quality of all dishes.
  • Develop and update Goan cuisine menu items based on seasonality and guest preferences.
  • Train and guide junior kitchen staff on Goan cooking techniques and recipes.
  • Monitor inventory and assist in sourcing authentic Goan ingredients.
  • Collaborate with the Head Chef and management to enhance the food offering.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Goan Chef or in preparing Goan cuisine in a professional kitchen.
  • In-depth knowledge of Goan ingredients, spices, and traditional cooking methods.
  • Culinary degree or equivalent training is preferred.
  • Creativity and passion for Goan food and culture.
  • Team player with strong communication skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
