Job Overview: A Production Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day production activities, ensuring quality and safety standards, and supporting the team's development. We are looking for a Production Supervisor who will monitor our production operations and ensure that they deliver maximum quality in a profitable manner. Your duties will include monitoring employees٫ organizing workflows and analysing the efficiency of manufacturing processes. You should be highly competent and comprehend complex operations. We also expect you to be able to optimize day-to-day activities while minimizing the costs. He/ She should assist in planning production schedules, managing inventory, and implementing improvements in production processes. The role also involves training and mentoring junior staff, while collaborating with other departments to achieve production goals. Key Responsibilities: Supervising Production: Assigning tasks, providing guidance, and monitoring the performance of production workers. Planning and Scheduling: Contributing to the development of production schedules to meet deadlines and optimize resource utilization. Quality Control: Ensuring that products meet quality standards and implementing necessary adjustments. Safety and Compliance: Enforcing safety protocols, conducting safety training, and ensuring compliance with regulations. Inventory Management: Monitoring inventory levels, coordinating with purchasing, and ensuring timely delivery of materials. Collaboration: Working with other departments to align processes and achieve production goals. Data Analysis: Analysing production data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies for increased efficiency. Problem Solving: Identifying and addressing production issues, seeking solutions to maintain production flow. Reporting: Preparing and presenting progress reports to management. Continuous Improvement: Identifying and implementing improvements in production methods, equipment, and procedures.
