Since its inception in January 2010 by two MBA students, the company has grown to serve over 5000 clients. We provide hygienic, tasty, and nutritious meals for both corporate offices and schools, and we cater to a wide range of clients including ICICI Bank, ITC, and several international schools. Our professional staff and trained chefs ensure high-quality catering and packed meals for various events.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Chef Manager based in Mumbai. The Chef Manager will be responsible for planning menus, overseeing meal preparation, managing kitchen staff, ensuring food quality, and maintaining inventory. The role also involves ensuring compliance with food safety and hygiene standards, managing catering events, and collaborating with clients to tailor menus to their needs.

Qualifications

• Menu planning, Food preparation, and Inventory management skills
• Team management, Training staff, and Event coordination skills
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations
• Excellent communication and client collaboration skills
• Proven experience in catering or hospitality industry
• Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts, Hospitality Management, or related field preferred
• Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and holidays
