Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Chef de Parties with 4 to 8 years of experience to join our team at Hotel Palacio, responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality dishes in all cuisines. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cooking and excellent culinary skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Prepare and cook a variety of dishes in different cuisines, including Chinese, Indian, Italian, and more.
Develop menus and recipes to keep the culinary offerings fresh and exciting.
Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure seamless service and high-quality food production.
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
Conduct menu costing and inventory management to optimize resources.
Ensure all food is prepared and presented to the highest standards of quality and presentation.

Job Requirements

Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a hotel or restaurant setting.
Strong knowledge of various cuisines, including Chinese, Indian, Italian, and more.
Excellent cooking skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with colleagues and guests.
Familiarity with kitchen equipment and appliances, and ability to maintain a safe working environment.
