As a Chef-de-partie Food Production, you will lead your team to create unforgettable Food & Beverage experiences for guests. **Key Responsibilities:** - Take care of daily food preparation to meet company standards and quality - Co-ordinate daily tasks with team members - Supervise operations and ensure highest standards of guest satisfaction - Estimate daily production needs and check quality of raw and cooked food materials - Ensure production, preparation, and presentation of food meet highest quality standards - Maintain highest adherence to food cost - Document all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and policies related to food preparation, receiving, storage, and sanitation - Document menu items, recipes, method of production, and presentation standards - Operate department equipment and ensure any malfunctions are corrected - Conduct pre-employment food trials for candidates **Qualifications Required:** - Positive attitude with exceptional eye for detail - Well-versed in kitchen operations with proven experience - Ability to handle guest complaints/requests and resolve them effectively - Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills - Previous experience in a leadership role will be an asset - Willingness to work in a remote location - Knowledge of multiple cuisines - Proficiency in local language Please share your profiles at bijay.thakur@postcardresorts.com Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.,
