Chef de Partie-South Indian

Requirements:

• Prepare and cook south Indian cuisine according to recipes, quality standards, presentation standards, and food preparation checklist.
• Assisting in the food preparation process.
• Work closely with colleagues in a supportive and flexible manner, focusing on the overall success of the Hotel property and satisfaction of the guests.
• Set up the sections of the kitchen as efficiently as possible to increase the speed and productivity.
• The position is required to have experience in South Indian food.
• Previous Experience in this profile is mandatory.
• Coordinate and participate with other sections of requirements, cleanliness, wastage and cost control.
• Communicate assistance needed during busy periods.
• Accepting store deliveries.
• Ensure that all stocks are well maintained.
• Ensure the quality of the food items
• Follow and maintain cleanliness and good hygiene practices in the kitchen.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and responsibly.
• Test foods to ensure proper preparation and temperature.
• Need to be flexible and willing to help other at busy times as and when required.

Qualification & Experience :

• Degree or diploma in culinary / Hotel management.
• Familiar with inventory systems.
• A team player.
• Minimum 2 Years of experience in the same role.
• Willing to do shift wise duty.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
