  • Coordinate with the Sous Chef for smooth kitchen operations during service.
  • Ensure timely mise-en-place and execution during peak hours.
  • Maintain cleanliness and compliance with food safety protocols.
  • Manage inventory levels for Indian section and assist in ordering.
  • Train commis and junior cooks on Indian cooking techniques and plating.
  • Contribute to innovation while preserving traditional flavor profiles.
