Job Description

  • Manage and oversee a designated kitchen section
  • Prepare, cook, and present dishes according to restaurant standards
  • Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation are consistently high
  • Supervise and train Commis Chefs and kitchen assistants in the section
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in compliance with food safety standards
  • Monitor stock levels and report shortages to senior chefs
  • Reduce food waste and control portion sizes
  • Ensure proper storage and labeling of food items
  • Follow recipes, portion controls, and kitchen procedures
  • Assist with menu planning and new dish development when required

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
