Assistant resturant manager

• Assist the Restaurant Manager in overall operations and staff management.
• Supervise front-of-house and back-of-house activities to ensure smooth workflow.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and customer service.
• Handle customer complaints, feedback, and special requests proactively.
• Monitor staff performance, schedule shifts, and ensure discipline and teamwork.
• Coordinate with the kitchen team for timely and accurate order delivery.
• Manage inventory levels, stock ordering, and wastage control.
• Support in billing, cash handling, and daily sales reporting.
• Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and licensing regulations.
• Train and guide new staff on service standards

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
