We are seeking a skilled and passionate Continental Chef to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will bring creativity, precision, and a deep understanding of European cuisines—primarily Italian and French. This role demands a strong commitment to quality, presentation, and the ability to thrive in a high-paced kitchen environment. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and cook high-quality dishes using Continental culinary techniques Develop new menu items and seasonal offerings aligned with customer preferences Monitor food stock levels and coordinate with procurement for timely restocking Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen in accordance with food safety standards Train and supervise junior kitchen staff and ensure consistent food quality Collaborate with other chefs and kitchen staff to meet service deadlines Ensure compliance with hygiene and health regulations at all times Requirements: Proven experience as a Continental Chef or relevant role in a similar setting Professional culinary training or equivalent experience Knowledge of Continental ingredients, techniques, and plating styles Excellent time management and multitasking abilities Strong leadership and interpersonal skills Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required Preferred Qualifications: Certification in Food Safety or HACCP Previous experience in fine dining or boutique hotels
