Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Chef De Partie located in Pune at Beer & Beans. The Chef De Partie will be responsible for preparing and cooking dishes in a specific section of the kitchen, overseeing a specific area of production, and ensuring the quality and presentation of dishes. The role involves collaborating with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to create menus and maintain high culinary standards.

Qualifications

• Culinary skills, including cooking and food preparation
• Knowledge of kitchen operations and food safety standards
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
• Teamwork and collaboration skills
• Excellent time management and organization skills
• Prior experience as a Chef De Partie or in a similar role
• Culinary degree or certification is a plus
