• Proven experience as a Chef De Cuisine or similar role in the hospitality industry.
• Strong knowledge of Asian cuisine, including Chinese, Japanese, and Korean cooking techniques.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.
• Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools, such as woks, utensils, and cutting boards.
