Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Chef located in Gurugram. The Chef will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality burgers and sides from scratch, adhering to the original recipes. Daily tasks include managing the kitchen, ensuring food safety and hygiene standards, and working with the team to develop new menu items. The Chef will also oversee inventory management, order supplies, and ensure timely preparation and presentation of meals.

Qualifications

• Experience in food preparation, cooking, and kitchen management
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
• Skills in creating and following original recipes
• Team collaboration and leadership abilities
• Inventory management and supply ordering experience
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality and consistency
• Culinary degree or relevant certification is a plus
