Job Responsibilities:
Provide real-time support to international customers via live chat.Address customer queries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism.Ensure timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries.Collaborate with internal departments to resolve customer issues.Meet performance metrics such as response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction.
Key Skills Required:
Excellent written communication skills in English.Strong customer service orientation.Ability to multitask and handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously.Familiarity with CRM tools and chat platforms.Problem-solving and analytical thinking.
Eligibility Criteria:
Must have Experience in BPO Based Company.
Undergraduate can applyMinimum 1 Year of experienced candidates can Apply.Comfortable with night shifts and rotational week-offs.Good typing speed and accuracy.
