Key Responsibilities: Act as the first point of contact for customers via phone, email, chat, or social media. Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide accurate information. Resolve product or service-related issues efficiently while maintaining a positive customer experience. Escalate complex queries to the appropriate departments and ensure timely follow-up. Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems. Provide feedback to management regarding recurring issues, customer needs, and service improvements. Assist in onboarding and guiding new customers about products/services. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
