Job Description

The role involves accurately and efficiently entering data into various computer systems and databases, ensuring data integrity by verifying and correcting information when necessary. As a data entry specialist, maintaining the confidentiality of sensitive information is paramount. Organizing and prioritizing data entry tasks to meet deadlines, performing regular backups for data preservation, and collaborating with team members for data accuracy and consistency are key responsibilities. Additionally, generating reports as required is part of the role. The ideal candidate should have a typing speed of 30-40 words per minute (wpm) and possess strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and Google search. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential. Attention to detail, accuracy, organizational abilities, and time management skills are crucial for this role. The candidate should be able to work both independently and collaboratively within a team, handling repetitive tasks with a high level of concentration. This is a full-time, permanent position suitable for freshers. Benefits include Provident Fund. The work schedule is a day shift from Monday to Friday. The role requires a Bachelor's degree (Preferred) and proficiency in English (Preferred). The work location is in person.
