Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries through live chat & email
  • Identify and resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally.
  • Provide accurate information about products and services.
  • Document customer interactions and maintain customer records.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate teams when necessary.
  • Maintain a positive and professional demeanor with customers.
  • Manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
  • Previous customer service experience is a plus.{mim 2yrs of experience into chat}
  • Strong written communication skills.
