Job Title: Customer Support Executive – Chat Process (Airline Process) Location: Turbhe, Navi Mumbai Employment Type: Full-Time Compensation:Experienced Candidates: CTC: ₹28,500 In-Hand: ₹24,000 Freshers: CTC: ₹23,000 In-Hand: ₹18,500 Shift Timings: Male Candidates: Rotational Shifts (Starting from 7:00 AM, 24x7 coverage) Female Candidates: Day Shifts (Any 9 hours till 8:00 PM) Weekly Off: 1 Rotational Off Eligibility: Freshers or candidates with a minimum of 6 months of experience in chat process Must clear the Versant Test with a minimum score of 4 Key Responsibilities:Respond to customer queries via chat related to bookings, cancellations, flight information, and general assistance Provide accurate and timely responses while maintaining professionalism Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication Adhere to company policies and standard procedures Required Skills:Excellent written communication skills in English Good typing speed and accuracy Problem-solving attitude and customer-first approach Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment To Apply / Contact For More details HR Ritul:- 7796427033
