Chat & Customer Support Executive (Fresher) Location: Bangalore Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 (Take Home) + Insurance Additional Benefits: Petrol allowance for client visits *About the Role:* We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Chat & Customer Support Executive to join our team in Bangalore. This role is ideal for freshers who are enthusiastic about delivering excellent customer service through chat, email, and occasional client visits. *Key Responsibilities:* 1. Handle customer queries through chat, email, or phone in a professional and timely manner 2. Provide accurate information about products/services 3. Maintain records of customer interactions and update internal systems 4. Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently 5. Visit client locations when required (petrol allowance provided) *Required Skills:* 1. Good communication skills in *English, Hindi & Kannada* 2. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, typing, internet navigation) 3. Positive attitude, patience, and willingness to learn 4.
