Job Description – Accounts Head (CA Office)We are looking for an experienced Accounts Head to manage the overall operations of our Chartered Accountant office. The role includes supervising accounting work, ensuring timely GST/TDS/Income Tax filings, coordinating with clients, managing staff, and supporting audits and compliance activities. The candidate will handle day-to-day office administration, monitor deadlines, review financial statements, follow up with clients, and ensure smooth functioning of the entire CA office. Key Responsibilities: Oversee all accounting and compliance work (GST, TDS, IT, ROC). Manage staff and allocate tasks. Coordinate with clients for documents and queries. Review accounts, ledgers, and statements. Support audits and maintain documentation. Handle billing, follow-ups, and office administration. Requirements: 5+ years experience in accounting/CA firm. Strong knowledge of GST/TDS/Income Tax. Good communication and team management skills. Proficient in Tally/MS Office.
